ONE WILD COACHING

Dear Erica,
I am grateful every day for our unplanned chance opportunity to connect. I had danced around the thought of executive coaching for some time, but that niggling little imposter voice kept creeping in. Did I even qualify for executive coaching? What would that look like for me? What could I achieve that hard work hadn’t already shown me? Did I even know what I wanted out of life and my career? Then I met Erica. She changed my world that day. She inspired me to be curious and to value myself. I started thinking, planning and even dreaming of what might be… and then I reached out to her. I jumped feet first into the unknown and have not looked back.

Erica, you bring clarity to my thoughts and visions, permission to just be me, and inspiration to achieve everything that is important to me. Our sessions are precious. Each one takes me a little further along my journey, weaving and meandering through the trees to a place where now I can see what might be. I have come across very few people in life who are so genuine and invested in others. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with you, and I feel like I can reach those goals that have always seemed just too far away. Success looks different for everyone, and you help me navigate what success looks like for me.
